Participants were invited to form teams, choose a sector of interest among Teoresi&#8217;s main markets, and design a solution to solve a problem or improve a process.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n    <div id=\"block_715028f95b145625ecb77ae49c4d1bcb\" class=\"row sezione mt-4 align-center\">\n        <div class=\"column small-12 medium-10 large-8 text-center\">\n                                        <span class=\"title h3 fw-700 mb-2 dot-after\">Key steps forward<\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valuing talent and encouraging lateral thinking<\/strong>:<br>The initiative aimed to give space to the talent and creativity of Teoresi&#8217;s people, fostering constructive and creative &#8222;lateral&#8220; thinking to develop solutions or enhance processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creativity as an innovation enabler:\u00a0 <\/strong><br>For us, creativity is one of the key drivers of innovation. When combined with talent and strong technical expertise, it becomes a powerful engine capable of developing solutions that address current needs while anticipating future ones.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cross-fertilization and cutting-edge technologies<\/strong>:<br>Teams were invited to develop projects that combined diverse skills and created synergies across the Group&#8217;s key sectors, leveraging interdisciplinarity as a tool for innovation and growth. Exploration and application of technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Blockchain were strongly encouraged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n    <div id=\"block_e135e2cf882995a268933c5b9a221a23\" class=\"row sezione mt-4 align-center\">\n        <div class=\"column small-12 medium-10 large-8 text-center\">\n                                        <span class=\"title h3 fw-700 mb-2 dot-after\">Social, Environmental, and Corporate Impact <\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Skill enhancement<\/strong>: <br>Providing opportunities for talent to stand out and develop new technical and soft skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internal collaboration<\/strong>: <br>Ideas born from the intersection of diverse skills, cultures, and perspectives, creating a more significant collective impact.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainable innovation<\/strong>: <br>The selection of the three finalist teams went beyond technical criteria, such as project feasibility, technological maturity, solution innovation, or marketing aspects. A key evaluation factor was the project&#8217;s sustainability level, considered throughout all phases, from prototyping to market launch.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engineering for human life<\/strong>: <br>The winning project, <em>Meet Me in Montauk,<\/em> is a concrete example of how the Innovation Hack Award generates ideas with a strong human impact.
