That\u2019s why we\u2019ve been participating in workplace inclusion events for years\u2014such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diversityday.it\/\">Diversity Day<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/digitaldiversityweek.it\/\">Digital Diversity Week.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These occasions offer us concrete opportunities to meet professionals with diverse abilities, listen to their stories, share job opportunities, and work together toward a more accessible and representative labor market.<strong>Teamwork is one of Teoresi\u2019s core values:<\/strong> we believe in the uniqueness and talent of each individual and in the power of collaboration to achieve excellence. For us, diversity is a strength to be valued\u2014through dialogue and mutual learning, we grow together. We foster a culture of empathy and promote emotional intelligence as a tool for authentic connection, so that everyone can find and live their true way of being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n    <div id=\"block_c42d4e9ca1c890b9e07a0b4a2b241859\" class=\"row sezione mt-4 align-center\">\n        <div class=\"column small-12 medium-10 large-8 text-center\">\n                                        <span class=\"title h3 fw-700 mb-2 dot-after\">Key steps forward<\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Active participation in Diversity Day Torino 2025<\/strong><br>On April 3rd, 2025, at the International Training Centre of the ILO, our team met with candidates from protected categories, sharing job opportunities and promoting our inclusive corporate culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital engagement during the 7th edition of Digital Diversity Week<\/strong><br>From April 7th to 11th, 2025, we took part in this fully online event by conducting interviews, joining thematic webinars, and participating in career guidance sessions.
