The Communication team collected all contributions and reworked them based on the company\u2019s value framework, shaping them into a single, coherent narrative.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inclusive and mindful writing: <\/strong>The project was enriched by dedicated training sessions focused on writing as a tool for inclusion.
