On January 24, 2024, the Teoresi Group<\/strong> Short Academy<\/strong> kicks off, a training program born out of collaboration with the University of Naples Federico II<\/strong>, particularly with professors Pierluigi Rippa<\/a>, coordinator of the Degree Course in Management Engineering and the initiative’s supervisor, Alfredo Gimelli<\/a> from the Department of Industrial Engineering, and Alfonso Maria Ponsiglione<\/a> from the Department of Biomedical Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Short Academy involves approximately 60 students from the University of Naples, offering a series of lessons focused on themes related to smart mobility, life sciences, and artificial intelligence. Targeted at students from the Departments of Biomedical, Mechanical, and Management Engineering, the program provides a unique opportunity to explore fundamental practices related to the development of a project idea: from the definition of a „solution“ to project management, including Agile methodology<\/a>, through interaction with Teoresi’s managers and experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watchword: cross-fertilization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the formation of interdisciplinary teams, participants „blend“ their knowledge and experiences to develop innovative technological solutions, guided by our experts, in this dynamic training program that includes workshops, case studies, and the realization of a project work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A true collaborative effort, where cross-fertilization, the exchange of ideas and skills<\/strong> among talents from different disciplines, gives rise to innovative technological projects. Technology plays a key role, becoming the means that supports the transformation of ideas into concrete solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students will have the opportunity not only to refine the specific technical skills of their field but also to enhance essential soft skills for effective collaboration. The Teoresi teaching team, composed of Francesco de Nola<\/a>, Donatella Vecchione<\/a>, Gianluca Toscano<\/a>, Vincenza Tufano<\/a>, Bernardo Sessa<\/a> and Carlo Riccio<\/a>, will guide students through this training path and in the realization of their project work.
Students attending the lessons will be assigned 3 CFUs (University Educational Credits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lessons will take place at the San Giovanni a Teduccio complex of the Scuola Politecnica delle Scienze di Base on January 24-25-31 and February 1.
At the end of the lessons, in the second half of February, students will present their project work at Teoresi’s offices in Naples<\/strong>: a unique opportunity to start immersing themselves in the working environment of a company like Teoresi that combines creativity and knowledge to generate new opportunities, both internally and in the territories where it operates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
