We announce the completion of the merger process of HiFuture<\/a>, the company that joined our Group in 2023.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this step, HiFuture completes its integration journey: activities, expertise and projects now become part of our Group, within a single organizational structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A journey that began in 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

HiFuture\u2019s entry in 2023 was part of our growth path in high-impact technology areas<\/strong>, including MedTech, Smart City and Smart Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past few years, we have worked on the progressive integration of complementary expertise<\/strong>: on one side, our experience in software development and AI-based technologies; on the other, HiFuture\u2019s specialization in hardware and firmware development and embedded systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration has taken shape through shared projects and operational activities<\/strong>, helping to expand our technological scope in sectors such as medical devices, electronics for connected systems, and solutions for industry and mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the completion of the merger, we make fully operational an integration built over time and already active in projects and daily activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
