Teoresi S.p.A. commits to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities. For this reason, although the adoption of the Model is prescribed by law as optional and not mandatory, Teoresi S.p.A. has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model which is a valid tool for raising awareness among all those working in the name and on behalf of Teoresi S.p.A., so that they behave correctly and linearly in the performance of their activities, to prevent the risk of crimes foreseen by the Decree itself. 

To clearly outline the principles and values that characterize the work of Teoresi, the Group has also drawn up its own Code of Ethics, a document containing the set of principles whose observance is of fundamental importance for the regular functioning, the reliability of the management and the image of the Teoresi Group.
