Sustainability cubed: Teoresi and Esserci on a journey of inclusion and social impact

For over two years, Teoresi has collaborated with the social cooperative Esserci, transforming a simple partnership into a shared journey of inclusion and sustainability. This synergy has led to tangible projects that promote fundamental values shared by both organizations.

• Support for sustainable mobility: With Teoresi’s contribution, Esserci acquired a new 9-seater van equipped for transporting individuals with reduced mobility. This vehicle operates 24/7, covering over 300 trips annually and ensuring access to workplaces, training, and medical appointments for those in need.

• Production of wooden speaker-phone holders: Crafted in the inclusive workshops ExiTo and DuiToc run by Esserci, these eco-friendly wooden speakers not only serve a practical purpose but also provide job opportunities for individuals in vulnerable situations. Even their packaging—a reusable bag made from upcycled fabric scraps—reflects a commitment to sustainability.

These initiatives reduce environmental impact by using sustainable materials and vehicles while creating job opportunities for people in need, fostering social inclusion, and enhancing community well-being.
