The words that bring us together: introducing the Teoresi Brand Manifesto

It is a project aimed at creating a shared reference point, capable of translating the values of Teoresi Group into a common direction.
Key steps forward
- A collaborative journey: The creation of the Manifesto stems from a collective process that involved colleagues across the Group through the gathering of keywords, ideas, and reflections that best represent our identity. The Communication team collected all contributions and reworked them based on the company’s value framework, shaping them into a single, coherent narrative.
- Inclusive and mindful writing: The project was enriched by dedicated training sessions focused on writing as a tool for inclusion. With the support of expert professionals, we explored how to craft texts that welcome, represent, and give value to every person, inside and outside the company.
- Two forms, one voice: The result is available in two complementary versions, developed in collaboration with Sixeleven, which enhance the Manifesto’s expressive power: a visual version that translates our values into an immediate and symbolic graphic language, and a video version that brings the Manifesto to life in a dynamic and emotional form.
- An identity taking shape: The graphic concept focuses on circularity and uniqueness: on one side, a spark that symbolizes the intention to stand out through conscious and concrete actions; on the other, the overall visual evokes an iris, a symbol of a perspective that is always oriented toward the future.
Cultural and organizational impact
The Brand Manifesto is a tool that strengthens our way of being a company and helps to:
- create a shared, clear, and inclusive language;
- make the principles that guide our decisions visible;
- foster a corporate culture grounded in responsibility, collaboration, and authenticity.
The Teoresi Manifesto at hand
Following the visual and video versions, the Teoresi Brand Manifesto was also shared in a physical format: a branded notepad, distributed in December 2025, conceived as an extension of the project and as a constant reminder of Teoresi’s values, vision, and way of working together.
This initiative completes the Brand Manifesto journey, the result of a collective and participatory process.
