People at the core of processes: Teoresi among the champions of Festival Città Impresa

Teoresi, represented by Beatrice Borgia, Chief Corporate Development Officer, will be present on Saturday, September 18, at the meeting “People at the core of processes”, part of the rich program of Città Impresa, Festival delle Imprese Champion, that will take place in Vicenza (Italy) from September 17 to 19, 2021. 
The event, curated by auxiell will be hosted by Elena Ravera, collaborator of L’Economia del Corriere della Sera; Marco Bentivogli (Fim Cisl), Emanuela Colosio (Colosio), Andrea Condotta (Gruber Logistics) e Riccardo Pavanato (auxiell) will also be present. 
The guests will discuss the importance of a people strategy aimed to attract and nurture talents, even more essential in this era of digitalization, speaking about the paths realized in their champion companies; these topics are in line with the auxiell goals, which include resilience and innovation as the most important aspects for the evolution of each entrepreneurial organization. 

The festival is at its 14th edition and it is promoted by Italypost, the City of Vicenza and L’Economia, the finance and business magazine of Corriere della Sera newspaper. It represents the place for a debate on the state of the economy and the society, enriched by the point of view of the top performer companies, which have stood out in Italy for innovation, training, dynamism and sustainability. 
On stage, ministers, entrepreneurs, managers, and economists will take turns discussing the recovery strategies. The champion companies will bring their contribution during a series of meetings dedicated to organizational processes and finance for the company.
