We welcome Luca Ferro, who joins the Group as Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for Operations, following the appointment of the new Board of Directors of Teoresi S.p.A. for the 2026–2028 term.
Luca brings over twenty years of experience in the industry and a solid managerial background. His contribution will support the development of Business Operations and accompany the next steps of the Group’s growth journey.
The Board of Directors also welcomes two new Independent Board Members: Dr. Erica Allisiardi, with a background in environmental agronomy, and Professor Giorgio Guglieri, Director of the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Torino.
The new term also confirms the presence of Board Members Silvia Panigone, Alberto Giuseppe Dal Poz and Mario Paolo Moiso, together with Valter Brasso as President and CEO.
The new composition of the Board accompanies a new phase of development for Teoresi and strengthens the Group’s path towards its next strategic objectives.
