Turin, March 16, 2018. “500 champions” is the name of the research of the Centro Studi of the Italy Post, which was published today in a 36 pages supplement of “L’Economia del Corriere della Sera” newspaper. The special has been presented this morning in Milan, during an event dedicated to the first year anniversary of “L’Economia”.
The research was conducted by an interdisciplinary team of experts in corporate finance and rating analysts, and it was made on Infocamere and Bureau Van Dijk data, by taking in consideration 2010-2016 financial statements of 14.000 Italian companies not controlled by multinational corporations or foreign groups, with a 2016 turnover between 20 and 120 million euros.
In this database, they identified 500 companies with the best performances. The research has established a sort of identikit of the companies which stand out for growth rate, profitability, soundness, and rating. These parameters do not only refer to growth data but highlight also company stability.
Teoresi, with its 37,9% CAGR, ranked 5 in the top ten of the companies with the best values on growth parameter.
