That’s why we’ve been participating in workplace inclusion events for years—such as Diversity Day and Digital Diversity Week.
These occasions offer us concrete opportunities to meet professionals with diverse abilities, listen to their stories, share job opportunities, and work together toward a more accessible and representative labor market.Teamwork is one of Teoresi’s core values: we believe in the uniqueness and talent of each individual and in the power of collaboration to achieve excellence. - Active participation in Diversity Day Torino 2025
On April 3rd, 2025, at the International Training Centre of the ILO, our team met with candidates from protected categories, sharing job opportunities and promoting our inclusive corporate culture. - Digital engagement during the 7th edition of Digital Diversity Week
From April 7th to 11th, 2025, we took part in this fully online event by conducting interviews, joining thematic webinars, and participating in career guidance sessions. It was a way to break down physical barriers and make access to the job market easier and more direct for everyone. - Ongoing commitment over time
Our involvement in diversity-focused events is not occasional—it’s part of a structured and consistent effort we’ve carried forward for years.
While attention to inclusion has always been reflected in our communication and job offers, since 2021 we’ve participated regularly in events dedicated to candidates from protected categories.
Our first participation dates back to 2021, in an event organized by Start Hub Consulting, followed by collaborations with CESOP, Value People, and Seltis Hub/Jobmetoo.
With 2025, we mark our fifth consecutive year of active engagement, to generate long-lasting, tangible impact.
