Teoresi will be the main sponsor of the Italian Agile Days 2025, the 22nd edition of the national conference dedicated to Agile culture and practices.
The event will take place on November 7–8, 2025, in Vicenza, at the Department of Technique and Management of Industrial Systems, and will bring together professionals, companies, and organizations that share an approach based on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Among them will be Aurora Romanucci and Carlo Riccio, our certified Agile Coaches and trainers, along with Alessandro Romano, Atlassian Admin & Software Engineer.
The first day will feature an Unconference, an open and collaborative format where the agenda takes shape directly through participants’ contributions.
No preset schedule: everyone can propose a topic, join the most engaging discussions, move between groups, and share ideas in a flow of constant cross-pollination, the exchange of insights and inspiration that embodies the Agile spirit.
Saturday will be dedicated to talks and presentations, with speakers from across Italy sharing experiences, success stories, and challenges related to applying Agile principles in different contexts.
Throughout the day, you’ll also find the Teoresi desk, where you can meet our HR team to learn more about our projects, growth opportunities, and how we apply the Agile mindset in practice. And of course, we’ll bring some event-exclusive goodies and materials.
Our support for the Italian Agile Days stems from the belief that the Agile approach is more than a methodology, it’s a true mindset, combining efficiency, flexibility, and innovation.
This mindset is also reflected in an ongoing internal training program across the Group, such as the Agile Principles and Mindset course, which in recent months has reached several Teoresi locations, including Turin, Naples, and Milan, where the final session will take place this November.
Spreading Agile culture also means engaging new talents: in October, the SpotAPark team, winners of the Teoresi Students’ Indigo Challenge 2025, took part in a special edition of the course as part of their award.
During two days of training at our Turin headquarters, the group explored the fundamentals of Agile project management through hands-on exercises, Scrum simulations, and team-building activities led by Aurora Romanucci.
