Its mission is to enhance and make even more recognizable the capabilities already present and fully operational within the Group: software development, cloud, data, web and mobile applications, integrated platforms, and data driven solutions supported by artificial intelligence. The objective is to support clients and partners in concrete and measurable projects, where technology helps simplify complexity and create real value.

The new division is also strengthened by the integration of BindingFuture, a company that joined the Group in 2023 and is recognized for the quality of its projects, its strong relationships, and its technical excellence. Today, this experience flows into a broader vision within Teoresi.
Within DigiTech, two complementary approaches come together: the engineering mindset that has always defined Teoresi and the digital specialization developed over the years by BindingFuture. The result is a unique, recognizable, and global identity, designed to work transversally across the Group’s different areas of activity.
Teoresi DigiTech’s focus areas
The solutions developed by Teoresi DigiTech are applied across three strategic areas:

A new visual identity
The launch of Teoresi DigiTech is also accompanied by a new visual identity and dedicated communication tools. The logo highlights the Group’s digital activities while maintaining strong coherence with the Teoresi brand.
The Teoresi Group website now features a new section entirely dedicated to Teoresi DigiTech, designed to present its expertise, projects, and areas of application within the Group ecosystem.
