Our Group’s first international acquisition starts in Germany, bringing together complementary expertise in the development, safety and reliability of complex systems.
Designing an aeronautical system means addressing performance, reliability and safety together, right from the earliest stages of development. This is where Teoresi Group and Delta System Solutions come together. The German company joined the Group on 30 September 2026 following its acquisition by Teoresi Germany.
This is our first international acquisition, a step that strengthens our presence in Germany and supports our growth in aerospace, a strategic sector for the Group.
Bringing complementary expertise together
Delta System Solutions specializes in functional safety, RAMS and systems engineering for safety-critical systems, particularly in the avionics and aerospace sectors. The company works on systems where safety and reliability are essential requirements, from risk and failure analysis to requirements definition, verification and the technical documentation supporting certification processes.
This expertise complements Teoresi’s capabilities in system development, integration and verification. Together, these competencies strengthen our ability to support customers throughout the system lifecycle and create new opportunities for collaboration on complex programs, including civil aviation and emerging forms of air mobility such as electric and hybrid propulsion.
Close in Germany, with an international outlook
Delta’s offices in Munich and Wildau, in the Berlin area, are located close to our German offices. This proximity facilitates meetings, knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams, further strengthening Teoresi Group’s presence in regions that play an important role in the aerospace industry and, more broadly, in the German market.
Delta also brings an international customer base that, in addition to Germany, extends to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the Far East. These relationships and experiences further enhance the Group’s international dimension.
