Sibilus is the whistleblowing platform introduced by Teoresi to reinforce and enhance the Group’s commitment to ethics and transparency. This initiative supports the maintenance of high ethical standards within the Group by providing all authorized individuals, whether identified or anonymous, with a secure channel to report misconduct or unethical practices. By doing so, it contributes to the timely identification and resolution of potential violations.

• Aligned with the highest ethical standards: Sibilus complies with Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, and manages reports from all authorized individuals, identified or anonymous, concerning significant violations of national and European regulations. It also covers breaches related to the organizational, management, and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001 (or “Model 231”), as well as the Teoresi code of ethics.
