We announce the completion of the merger process of HiFuture, the company that joined our Group in 2023.
With this step, HiFuture completes its integration journey: activities, expertise and projects now become part of our Group, within a single organizational structure.
A journey that began in 2023
HiFuture’s entry in 2023 was part of our growth path in high-impact technology areas, including MedTech, Smart City and Smart Industry.
Over the past few years, we have worked on the progressive integration of complementary expertise: on one side, our experience in software development and AI-based technologies; on the other, HiFuture’s specialization in hardware and firmware development and embedded systems.
This integration has taken shape through shared projects and operational activities, helping to expand our technological scope in sectors such as medical devices, electronics for connected systems, and solutions for industry and mobility.
