We’re returning to Italian Agile Days for the third consecutive year, this time as main partner. After supporting the event as a sponsor in 2024 and main sponsor in 2025, we are strengthening our commitment to the Italian Agile community, helping create an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn together.
Join us on 13-14 November 2026 in Cosenza, at the Università della Calabria’s campus in Rende, for the 23rd edition of Italy’s conference on Agile culture and practices. Two days to explore how to improve collaboration, navigate change and turn experience into new possibilities for teams and organisations.
Friday kicks off with the Unconference, where participants shape the agenda together by proposing topics and guiding the discussions. Everyone can contribute and move between groups, encouraging ideas and perspectives to circulate. It’s a hands-on way to put the Agile spirit into practice through listening and active participation.
Saturday is dedicated to talks sharing practical experiences, challenges and lessons learned: an opportunity to explore different approaches and find ideas to apply in your own working environment.
Our colleagues Carlo Riccio and Aurora Romanucci, Agile Coaches and certified trainers, and Alessandro Romano, Atlassian Admin & Software Engineer, will be in Cosenza to share their experiences with the community. It is also a chance to gain fresh perspectives for those who support teams in adopting Agile practices every day.
Our support for Italian Agile Days stems from the belief that agility is a mindset to nurture every day through dialogue, experimentation and a willingness to rethink established habits. This is the same approach we promote through training courses such as Agile Principles and Mindset, helping people translate Agile principles into everyday working practices.
