At Teoresi, we believe that innovation has value only when it generates a positive impact and contributes to improving people’s lives.
This is why ESG themes – Environmental, Social, and Governance – have always been an integral part of the way we think, design, and act.
In 2023, we gave shape to this commitment by creating Teoresi Go!, the program that tells the story of how we translate our principles of sustainability, inclusion, and social responsibility into concrete actions.
This marked the beginning of a new chapter: giving voice to the values that represent us through the creation of the Teoresi Brand Manifesto, a document that expresses our identity and our way of acting.
In November 2024, we involved colleagues in two dedicated webinars on inclusion and diversity. During the first one, “How to Write with Care and Respect,” Annamaria Anelli showed us why clear writing is the first form of inclusion, guiding us through the analysis of selected examples from our internal and external communications. In the second webinar, “How to Write a Brand Manifesto,” Gaia Giordani guided us through a practical and strategic journey to understand the nature, purpose, and creation of a brand manifesto, combining theory with well-known examples.
At the end of the webinar series, participants were invited to contribute reflections and keywords capable of representing the company’s identity. The Communication team then gathered and analyzed all contributions, linking them to our value system and – together with Gaia – shaping the final text.
The outcome is a collective narrative available in two complementary versions:
- a visual version, which translates the guiding principles into graphic language;
- and a video version, which brings them to life in a dynamic and engaging way.
The graphic concept, created in collaboration with Sixeleven, focuses on circularity and uniqueness: on one side, a spark that breaks away from the others recalls our desire to stand out through conscious, concrete actions; on the other, the overall composition evokes an iris, symbolizing a gaze that is always turned toward the future.
A text that captures who we are and gives voice to the way we choose to act.
