On 19 June 2026, we will be in Turin, at the Lingotto Conference Centre, as Silver Sponsor of the 2026 National Project Management Forum, a key event for the Italian project management community.
Organized by the PMI Italy Chapters and hosted this year by the PMI Northern Italy Chapter APS, the Forum will bring together more than 600 professionals from across Italy. The discussion will focus on the topics shaping the evolution of the discipline: from governance models to agile methods, and the application of project management in industrial, public and social contexts.
At Teoresi, we work on projects that require different skills, coordination capabilities and a clear view of objectives. In sectors such as mobility, aerospace, medtech and telecommunications, managing a project means connecting technical requirements, technologies, operational activities, timelines and priorities.
In this context, governance plays a central role: it helps define clear decision-making processes, keep teams, stakeholders and objectives aligned, make progress traceable and manage changes, constraints and interdependencies. Project management thus becomes an operational tool to make more solid decisions, make better use of available information and maintain coherence between technical development, business objectives and expected results.
Taking part in the Forum means bringing this perspective into a broader conversation with an active professional community focused on the future of the discipline. Fabio Gadda and Giacomo Astarita will attend the event.
