Teoresi driving innovation in the mobility sector: Valter Brasso at the IRES Piemonte conference
TagungenOn March 21st, Valter Brasso, President and CEO of Teoresi, will speak at „The Piemontese Automotive Components towards the New Mobility“ conference hosted by IRES Piemonte.
During the conference, IRES will present the research it has conducted, focusing on the transformations of automotive components, the opportunities of transitioning towards new electric and digital mobility, and the most suitable policies to support companies in this process.
This is an opportunity for Teoresi to discuss the company’s commitment to develop cutting-edge technologies, including – within the mobility sector – connected and autonomous vehicles. These activities are aimed at re-designing the architecture of electric vehicles, with software playing an increasingly crucial role (software-defined car), focusing on connectivity, cooperation, and automation, and Teoresi’s role in the establishment of MOST, the National Center for Sustainable Mobility promoted by the Politecnico di Milano. Mention will be made of Teoresi’s recent involvement in the ENVELOPE project, which combines mobility themes with smart cities through 5G connectivity.
There will be an in-depth discussion about the strong bond that Teoresi has built with the territory in which it operates. This includes numerous collaborations with universities and research centers, opportunities for students to conduct thesis projects within the company, and the investments that the company has been making for years to stimulate the development of local technological districts and jobs in Southern Italy.
