Teoresi Brand Manifesto – The words that represent us
Teoresi has launched a collaborative journey to create its Brand Manifesto, the document that expresses who we are, the values that guide us, and the way we choose to act.
The project was developed within Teoresi Go!, the program that brings together the Group’s sustainability, inclusion, and social responsibility initiatives.
The Manifesto is the result of a collective effort that engaged colleagues across the organization, gathering keywords and shared reflections that were later shaped into a coherent and representative narrative.
The project is completed by two complementary interpretations: a visual version, which translates the principles into a graphic language, and a video version.
Teoresi x Ogyre: a concrete commitment to our Oceans
In 2025, Teoresi launched a collaboration with Ogyre, an Italian startup, B Corp, and benefit corporation dedicated to ocean protection. The initiative was created with a clear goal: to actively contribute to the preservation of marine ecosystems by supporting the collection of 1,000 kg of marine litter and generating value for the local communities involved in the project.
This partnership is part of the Teoresi Go! journey and brings together environmental sustainability, social impact, and technological innovation.
On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the MIT Teoresi group (Marketing, Innovation, and Technology departments) took part in a beach clean-up in Recco (GE), guided by an environmental expert.

2023 sustainability report
Our 2023 Sustainability Report, “Steady Growth for a Sustainable Future,” highlights a year of extraordinary progress. This includes the acquisition of four new companies, a 23% increase in personnel, and our ongoing commitment to implementing concrete actions that contribute to improving conditions for people and our planet, all while staying true to our values.
In the report, you’ll find tangible examples of our positive impact across various areas, driven by our intensified focus on valuing diversity and fostering inclusive practices. Throughout the year, key Group figures were involved in promoting a respectful work environment through dedicated training and exchange events. Onboarding practices also played a central role in easing the integration of new colleagues into our teams and fostering the sharing of our corporate culture.
