Passwords, emails, devices, personal data: digital security starts with everyday choices. It is built through attention, good habits, and shared responsibility. For this reason, Teoresi has launched a dedicated Cyber Security Awareness program.
From GDPR to NIS2 and DORA, European regulations increasingly require companies not only to adopt appropriate tools but also to train their people. Today, security is something we build together.
This need led to the creation of a three-year program launched more than a year ago: a path designed to help colleagues recognize risks, protect data, and navigate the digital world with greater awareness.
The training platform: Cyber Guru
The program takes place on the Cyber Guru platform, one of the most widely used Security Awareness Training solutions in Europe.
Today CyberGuru supports more than 1.5 million active users in 90 countries, with an approach based on micro-learning, multimedia content, tests, and gamification dynamics. The goal is simple: turn good security practices into everyday behaviors integrated into the way people work.
The Cyber League: teams, play and collaboration
The content and challenges participants face address the main digital risks, from phishing and password management to malware and deepfakes, forming the foundation of the training path.
The real novelty, however, is the introduction of the Cyber League: around 400 colleagues, especially those most exposed to these types of attacks because they manage sensitive information, have been divided into 20 teams, creating a true internal championship.
The team names draw inspiration from the world of cybersecurity, combined with animals and real-world symbols, with a light reference to the logic of American football leagues. A choice that strengthens the sense of belonging, teamwork, and healthy competition.
Each completed activity earns points, and every test passed moves the team up the ranking: training becomes a shared experience, more engaging and participatory.
Trophies, rankings and friendly cheering
To accompany the Cyber League, we created a dedicated space on our internal communication platform, with regular updates, rankings, and periodic awards.
Team leaders act as coaches throughout the season and, every quarter, the team at the top of the leaderboard lifts the cup. A symbolic recognition that fuels motivation.
Among the most engaging moments was the ceremony held in the Teoresi Metaverse, which gave the official kick-off to the Cyber League and strengthened the sense of community.
The season’s touchdown
One year later, it is time for the awards: the ten best individual performers step onto the podium of the season. A recognition that celebrates consistency, attention, and daily commitment to digital security.
