What happens when engineering meets medicine and technology serves human health?
From November 17 to 20, 2025, Teoresi MedTech will be at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (Hall 12 – Booth A18) to take part in Medica 2025, the world’s largest international trade fair dedicated to medical technology.
For the third consecutive year, our presence at Medica represents a journey of growth and collaboration in the field of digital health, where innovation, research, and technology come together to improve people’s lives in concrete ways.
At the Teoresi MedTech booth, you’ll find a selection of solutions that reflect the focus of our research and innovation activities:
- Precision Biosensing (Gluten Sensor): An electrochemical biosensor that uses selective aptamers to detect gluten traces down to 20 ppm, even in cooked foods. It offers accuracy comparable to laboratory tests, but in a compact and immediate format, allowing restaurants and food manufacturers to ensure safety for people with celiac disease and promote a more inclusive approach to nutrition.
- Remote Personalized Modular Monitoring: A modular wearable platform that integrates multiple sensors and AI-based telemedicine to monitor vital parameters such as ECG and bioimpedance in real time. Its miniaturized architecture and edge computing logic ensure comfort and flexibility, enabling personalized management of chronic diseases and elderly care.
- Real-Time Computer Vision Analytics (Cardiac Monitoring): A non-invasive cardiac monitoring technology that uses standard RGB cameras and advanced computer vision and rPPG algorithms. Designed according to privacy-by-design principles, it detects heart rate and variability directly from the driver’s face, integrating with onboard systems to enhance safety and introduce health-aware mobility features.
- Cognitive AI-Driven Robotics (DAISI&RON): An integrated platform that combines robotics, conversational artificial intelligence, and immersive virtual reality to stimulate and monitor the cognitive health of older adults. Featuring autonomous navigation, personalized games, and a privacy-oriented ethical approach, it supports active aging and improves quality of life in care facilities.
Our Approach to Healthcare
Our approach combines research and technology to develop tangible solutions that make care more efficient, precise, and personalized.
Representing Teoresi MedTech will be Guido Comai, Federico Cursano, Fabio Gadda, Samir Selman, Davide La Conte, Daniel Comarella, Aydogan Aydindag, Guido Tiberi, Silvia Palazzi, and Sergio Micalizzi, who will be there to share experiences, perspectives, and collaboration opportunities with partners and visitors from all over the world.
Alongside them will be Teo, our robotic colleague, ready to tell you more about the Group, our projects, and to collect your feedback on your experience at our booth.
