Companies at the battle of talents: the pull factors in human capital. Teoresi at Bergamo Città Impresa

On Friday November 18, Valter Brasso, Teoresi Group president and CEO, will take part in the event “Companies at the battle of talents. The pull factors in human capital”, as part of Bergamo Città Impresa: the Festival of the industrial territories, a space dedicated to discuss economy, society and the development of the entrepreneurship and territories. The event, whose goal is to encourage debate on the transformations affecting strategic production sectors, thanks to the renowned guests of the economy and journalism world, this year takes the new name of Young Edition, thanks to the large presence of young people in the audience. 

The session attended by Teoresi will be an opportunity to discuss the aspects that attract young talent and the value proposition that companies must put in play to attract, engage and retain candidates. 

The meeting will be moderated by Maria Gaia Fusilli, LombardiaPost  and L’Economia del Corriere della Sera contributor, and will host, along with Valter Brasso, Daniele Lo Sasso (Sidip), Marco Manzoni (NTS) and Federica Origo (UniBG).  

The event will take place on Friday, Nov. 18, from 16:30 to 17:45 at Sala Stucchi, Papa Giovanni XXIII Congress Center, viale Papa Giovanni XXIII 106 in Bergamo.
