- Turin, 17 October 2023 – Turin-based Teoresi Group, which specialises in the development of cutting-edge technologies, has acquired Milan-based Io.T Solutions, in which it has previously been an angel investor. Io.T Solutions specializes in smart building technologies; the acquisition integrates its portfolio into the Teoresi Group.
