Integrated Home Assistance
ADI is an integrated home care digital assistance platform conceived and developed by Vree with the support of Teoresi for the Italian market, aiming to facilitate the management of remote assistance activities. This solution was showcased at our booth in the prestigious context of MEDICA 2023, one of the world’s largest B2B medical trade fairs, held in Düsseldorf from November 13 to 16, 2023.
Enhancing home care is an essential component of a healthcare system that aims to meet the needs of patients and be present in their everyday lives. The Italian national objectives indicate that by 2026, Integrated Home Care (ADI) will cater to 10% of people over the age of 65. Therefore, it is crucial to have a flexible tool that can meet the diverse needs of users while maintaining precision and reliability. The project aims to develop a functional platform for remote home care. In this scenario, Teoresi supports clients in innovating products and services in the healthcare sector, facilitating the transition towards increasingly smart Digital Health platforms.
The primary challenge of this solution lies in the effective delivery of remote healthcare activities, through a dual revolution: organizational and technological. In doing so, ensuring the patient’s continuity of care and care coordination is crucial.
In particular, it is necessary to:
- effectively manage a large number of beneficiaries;
- deliver an efficient service by customizing the journey for each person;
- real-time monitoring and management of unforeseen events.
Our added Values
Teoresi has significantly contributed by leveraging its expertise in the development and testing of software (SW), web and mobile applications, and human-machine interfaces (HMI). Additionally, our responsiveness and proactivity have accelerated the implementation and production phases of the entire solution.
